In case the shipping is delayed beyond the scheduled date, the delivery will be free of charge, and the shipping cost will be refunded via a purchase coupon that can be used for future orders.

Exchange Policy

As the company is responsible for the safety and warranty of the product, customers have the right to exchange any purchased item from the website if there is a defect or damage. Please note that the company sends a picture of the product before shipping and delivery. Therefore, the company is not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process.

Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a refund within a maximum of three days from the payment date. To initiate a refund, the customer must contact or message our customer service center and provide the invoice number recorded at the time of purchase to register the refund request.
